Refunds and cancellation

Our products are all digital and reach you immediately after payment, so refunds work differently here than for physical goods. This page sets out when we refund, when we do not, and how to ask.

Important: by completing your purchase you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately, and that the automatic right of cancellation lapses once you have accessed the content — except in the cases listed below.

1) We refund in full in these cases

The book never arrived: you did not receive the purchase email, could not download the file, and we were unable to resolve it within 14 days.

The file is corrupt: the PDF will not open or has missing pages, and support could not fix it.

Duplicate purchase: you paid twice for the same book by mistake.

You received the wrong language: you chose Arabic and received English, or the reverse, and we could not send you the right one.

Materially different from the description: the book differs substantially from what its page described.

Unauthorised purchase: someone used your payment method without permission, once verified.

2) We do not refund in these cases

You downloaded the book successfully and changed your mind after reading it.

You did not enjoy the book or it did not meet your expectations, although it matched its description.

You bought the three-book bundle and want to return only one of them.

More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.

The file does not work in software we never claimed to support (the books are standard PDFs and open in any PDF reader or modern browser).

3) How to request a refund

Write to info@modakharaty.com within 14 days of purchase.

Include your order number, the email you purchased with, a description of the problem, and a screenshot if possible.

We will reply within two business days with a clear decision.

If approved, the amount returns to the same payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on Stripe or Paymob scheduling and your card issuer.

After a refund your licence terminates automatically and you must delete any copy of the file you hold.

4) Effect on affiliate commission

If the purchase came through an affiliate link, the commission credited to them is automatically reversed from their balance.
