Everything sold on Modakharaty is a digital product; there are no physical goods. This page gathers the details of those products: what they are, how they are licensed, and what you need to read them.

1) The products

Three digital books on money and economics: The Chaos Map, The Money War, and The Decision Guide.

A bundle of all three at a lower price than buying them separately.

We offer no recurring subscriptions, no video courses, and no activation codes. Books only.

2) Formats and languages

Each book is available in Arabic and in English; you choose your language at checkout and receive that version only.

Each language comes as two PDFs: a wide layout for desktop, and a portrait layout for mobile.

There is no EPUB edition at present.

3) Technical requirements

Any PDF reader: Adobe Reader, a modern browser, or the built-in Files app on iPhone and Android.

There is no DRM on the files, so they open on any device and stay with you permanently.

4) Currencies and payment

Egyptian pounds for buyers in Egypt through Paymob, and US dollars elsewhere through Stripe.

Payment is encrypted to PCI-DSS standards at the gateway, and your card details are never stored on our servers.

An electronic receipt reaches your email as soon as the transaction completes.

5) Licensing

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. The full detail of what is permitted and what is not is in clause 5 of the Terms of use.

6) Delivery and refunds

Delivery is described in full on the Digital delivery page, and refund terms on the Refunds and cancellation page.

7) Updates

If an updated edition of a book you bought is released, it reaches you free at the same email address, with nothing further to pay.

8) Nature of the content

These books are educational and analytical content, not investment or financial advice tailored to your circumstances. See clause 8 of the Terms of use.

9) Intellectual property

The books and their content are the exclusive intellectual property of Demandcom for Technology L.L.C. or its licensors, protected by the law of the United Arab Emirates and the relevant international conventions. Infringement carries legal liability.
