Digital delivery

All our products are digital and reach you online. There is no shipping, no delivery fee, and no customs; delivery is immediate to any country in the world once payment succeeds.

1) Exactly what you receive

The book in the language you chose at checkout — Arabic or English.

Two versions of the same book: one laid out for a large screen, one for mobile. Download whichever you prefer, or both.

PDF format, opening on any device without special software.

2) Timing

Delivery is automatic as soon as Stripe or Paymob confirms payment — usually within two to five minutes.

You receive an email with the download links, and access is enabled inside your account on the site at the same time.

3) Download link validity

Links are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Each file may be downloaded up to 5 times — this limit guards against abuse, not against you.

If the period or the count runs out and you still need the file, write to us and we will renew it free of charge.

4) The email did not arrive?

Wait 5 to 10 minutes after payment.

Check your spam and promotions folders.

Check that the email you entered at checkout was spelled correctly.

Sign in to your account on the site — the books are available there even if the email was lost.

If the problem persists, write to info@modakharaty.com with your order number and we will resend immediately.

5) Lost the file later?

Your books remain available in your account. If you have any trouble reaching them within a year of purchase, write to us and we will send a fresh link at no charge.
