Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines refund and cancellation terms for Demandcom for Technology L.L.C.All our products are digital; refund policies differ from physical goods per international digital content standards.

Important Notice: With the completion of the procurement process, it expressly agrees that the delivery of digital content will commence immediately and that your right to automatic cancellation shall cease after the content has been obtained, except in the exceptional cases mentioned below.

1) Full Refund Eligible Cases

  • Unable to Access Product: Purchase confirmation not received, unable to download file within 14 days, and technical support unable to resolve.
  • Persistent Technical Defect: File corrupted or unopenable despite technical support.
  • Duplicate Purchase: Accidental duplicate transaction for same product.
  • Clear Description Mismatch: Product materially differs from website description.

2) Non-Refundable Cases

  • Product successfully downloaded or 25%+ of online content accessed.
  • Customer changed mind after content access.
  • Digital license activated or code redeemed on account.
  • Paid subscription or partial period expired.
  • File incompatible with unsupported software not mentioned in description.
  • Custom digital products per client request.

3) Production & Development Services

  • Service cancellation before start: full refund eligible.
  • After start, refund calculated per work completion; partial deliverables provided.
  • No refund after project delivery & acceptance.
  • Advance payments non-refundable if customer cancels without company fault.

4) Digital Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime from account or contact us.
  • Access continues until paid billing cycle ends; renewals stop.
  • No refund for prior payments on partially used periods.

5) Refund Request Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@modakharaty.com.
  2. Include invoice number, issue description, and screenshots if available.
  3. We'll respond within 2 business days with decision.
  4. Approved: refund to original payment method within 5–10 business days per Stripe card-issuing bank processing.
  5. Upon refund, license auto-revoked; delete all file copies.
