This policy outlines refund terms and order cancellation conditions at ModakharatyAll our products are digital. Our refund policy differs from traditional physical products, in accordance with international standards for digital content sales.

Important Notice: By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree to instant digital content delivery and that your automatic cancellation right expires upon access, except in exceptional cases listed below.

1) Full Refund Eligible Cases

  • Unable to Access Product: You didn't receive the purchase email, couldn't download the file within 14 days, and we couldn't resolve it.
  • Technical defect: File is corrupted or unopenable despite technical support.
  • Duplicate purchase: Transaction completed by mistake multiple times for the same product.
  • Clear Description Mismatch: Product substantially differs from its website description.

2) Non-Refundable Cases

  • Product successfully downloaded or more than 25% of online content accessed.
  • Customer changed mind after accessing content.
  • Digital license or code activated on customer account.
  • Subscription period expired or partially used.
  • File incompatible with software not listed as supported in description.
  • Custom digital products made per customer request.

3) Production & Development Services

  • Service can be cancelled before execution begins with full refund.
  • After execution starts, refund is calculated by work completed ratio and partial deliverables sent.
  • No refund after project delivery and acceptance.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable if customer cancels without company-caused reason.

4) Digital Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us.
  • Access continues until end of paid billing cycle, then auto-renewal stops.
  • Previous payments for partially-used periods are non-refundable.

5) Refund Request Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@modakharaty.com.
  2. Include invoice number, problem description, and screenshots if possible.
  3. We'll respond within 2 business days with a decision.
  4. If approved, funds return to original payment method within 5–10 business days per Stripe and your card-issuing bank.
  5. Upon refund, your license terminates automatically and you must delete all copies.
