All products offered for sale on modakharaty.com are digital products onlywith no physical items requiring shipping. This policy details these products and our sales, delivery, refund, and licensing terms.

1) What Are Our Digital Products?

  • E-Books: such as Chaos Mapdelivered as PDF, EPUB, or via our interactive reading interface.
  • Video & Audio Content: Training videos, podcasts, and recordings.
  • Digital Resources: Templates, tools, and downloadable files.
  • Digital Subscriptions: Access to exclusive recurring content via your account.
  • Digital Licenses: Activation codes or usage permissions for software or services.

2) Payment & Currency

  • All payments processed via Stripe with PCI-DSS encryption; we don't store card data on our servers.
  • Supported currency: Egyptian Pound (EGP) only.
  • Prices include applicable taxes; no shipping fees (digital delivery only).
  • You'll receive an electronic invoice immediately after purchase.

3) Digital Delivery

  • Instant: Products delivered immediately upon Stripe payment confirmation (within minutes).
  • Delivery methods: Download link via email or account access activation.
  • Download Links: Valid for 5 downloads within 30 days of purchase (abuse prevention).
  • Didn't receive the email? Check your spam folder, then contact us for immediate resend.

4) Licensing & Usage Rights

When you purchase any digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal use licensethat allows you to:

  • Download and keep a copy for personal use only.
  • Use on your own devices (maximum 3 devices).
  • Print one copy for personal use if the file allows printing.

Strictly prohibited:

  • Reselling or distributing the product (paid or free).
  • Uploading to public platforms or file-sharing sites.
  • Modifying content or extracting portions for commercial use.
  • Circumventing digital rights protection (DRM).
  • Sharing your login credentials.

5) Intellectual Property

All digital products and content are exclusive intellectual property ofModakharaty or their licensed owners, protected under Egyptian IP law and international agreements. Infringement carries legal liability.

6) Refund Policy for Digital Products

Given the nature of digital products (non-returnable once downloaded), we follow this Modakharaty policy:

Eligible for refund:

  • Access failure: Didn't receive purchase confirmation and couldn't access product for 14 days and support couldn't resolve it.
  • Technical defect: File is corrupted or unopenable despite technical support.
  • Duplicate purchase: Payment processed multiple times for the same product by mistake.
  • Clear description mismatch: Product materially differs from website description.

Not eligible for refund:

  • Product successfully downloaded or more than 25% of online content accessed.
  • Customer changed mind after accessing product.
  • Digital license or code activated on customer account.
  • Subscription period expired or partially used.
  • File incompatible with software not listed as supported in description.
  • Custom-made digital products.

Refund request process:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@modakharaty.com.
  2. Include invoice number, clear problem description, and screenshots if available.
  3. We'll respond within 2 business days with a decision.
  4. If approved, refund processes to original payment method within 5–10 business days per Stripe and card issuer.
  5. Upon refund, your license terminates automatically and you must delete all copies.

7) Canceling Digital Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us.
  • Access continues until end of paid billing cycle, then auto-renewal stops.
  • No refunds for partially-used periods.

8) Technical Support & Re-downloads

  • Lost your file within 1 year? Contact us for free re-download link.
  • After 1 year, nominal fees may apply for re-downloads.
  • Content updates free for existing customers unless major new versions are released.

9) Technical Requirements

  • PDF files: Require any PDF reader (Adobe Reader, modern browsers, etc.).
  • EPUB: Require an e-reader app (Apple Books, Google Play Books, Calibre, etc.).
  • Interactive Content: Requires a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge — latest 3 versions) and stable internet connection.
  • Video: Streamed in 720p/1080p; requires minimum 5 Mbps internet speed.

10) Legal Cancellation Right (Express Notice)

By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree to immediate digital content delivery and waive your automatic cancellation right upon delivery commencement, except in cases specified in section (6) above. This notice complies with international best practices for digital content sales.

11) Policy Updates
