Digital Delivery Policy

This policy outlines how we deliver products and services Demandcom for Technology L.L.C.All our products are digital and require no physical shipping, so there are no shipping or delivery fees.

1) Product Types

Our products include: e-books, training videos, podcasts, templates and digital tools, subscriptions, digital licenses, plus media production and web development services delivered digitally. For details, see Digital Products Policy.

2) Instant Delivery

  • Timing: Digital products are delivered automatically once payment is confirmed via StripeUsually in two minutes for five minutes.
  • Method: You'll receive an email with a download link, or access will be activated in your account on the site.
  • Download Links: Valid for 5 downloads within 30 days, and files remain available in your account for at least one year.

3) No Shipping Fees

Since all our products fully digitalThere are no shipping, delivery or customs charges, and immediate delivery to any State around the world as long as payment has been successfully undertaken.

4) Didn't Receive Your Purchase Email?

  1. Wait 5–10 minutes after payment.
  2. Check your Spam and Promotions folders.
  3. Verify the email address you entered at checkout.
  4. Contact us at info@modakharaty.com and include your invoice number, and we'll resend immediately.

5) Production & Development Services

Media production, photography, and web development projects are delivered according to the timeline agreed in the service proposal, digitally via cloud file transfer, email, or client portal.
