This policy outlines how we deliver products and services ModakharatyAll our products are fully digital and require no physical shipping, so there are no shipping or delivery fees.

1) Product Types

Our products include: eBooks, training videos, podcasts, templates & digital tools, subscriptions, digital licenses, plus media production & web development services delivered digitally. For details, see Digital Products Policy.

2) Instant Delivery

  • Timing: Digital products are delivered automatically upon payment confirmation via Stripe, typically within 2–5 minutes.
  • Method: You'll receive an email with a download link, or access will be activated in your account on the website.
  • Download Links: Valid for 5 downloads within 30 days, and files remain available in your account for at least 1 year.

3) No Shipping Fees

Since all our products are completely digital, there are no shipping, delivery, or customs fees. Instant delivery worldwide upon successful payment.

4) Didn't Receive Your Purchase Email?

  1. Wait 5–10 minutes after payment.
  2. Check your Spam and Promotions folders.
  3. Verify the email address you entered at checkout.
  4. Contact us at info@modakharaty.com and include your invoice number—we'll resend immediately.

5) Production & Development Services

Media production, photography, and web development projects are delivered on the timeline agreed in your service proposal, via cloud storage, email, or client portal.
