Marketer Terms & Conditions

Version: v1.2 — 27 July 2026 (20% flat commission · Egyptian payment methods & currency conversion rules added). By registering in Modakharaty's affiliate program, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply in addition to Platform Terms of Use andPrivacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Registration

Registration is available to those 18+ with an active platform account. Affiliates are responsible for data accuracy and completeness. Referral links activate immediately upon registration; the platform retains final review rights and may accept, reject, or suspend any affiliate account at any time. Account rejection before commission maturity voids pending commissions.

2. Commission

Commission on qualifying digital products: 20% flat on all products — subscriptions (including recurring renewals as long as the referred subscription remains active) and digital books. Commission calculated on net transaction value after tax deduction and payment gateway fees; balances consolidated and displayed in USD. Platform may assign a different rate to specific affiliates by written agreement.

3. Tracking & Attribution

Customers attributed to affiliates via unique referral link with tracking cookie duration of 60 days from click; attribution to last valid click before purchase. Tracking data used solely for commission calculation; device fingerprints and IPs stored hashed, not plaintext.

4. Holdback & Refund Window

Commissions held for 30 days (refund window) before becoming withdrawable. Customer refunds, transaction cancellations, or chargebacks via any payment gateway auto-void the corresponding commission and deduct from balance; if already paid, deducted from future earnings or recovered per agreement.

5. Prohibited Practices

Prohibited: self-referral (purchasing via own link), misleading claims or financial promises, spam, impersonating the platform or bidding on its trademark in paid ads, cookie stuffing or tracking manipulation, promoting in illegal contexts. Violations subject account to suspension and forfeiture of unauthorized commissions.

6. Payouts

Minimum withdrawal: USD 100 from mature balance. Payment methods: Within Egypt — mobile wallet (Vodafone Cash, etc.) or InstaPay, paid in EGP; Internationally — international bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise in USD. Payment details saved in "Financial Settings" on dashboard or provided at withdrawal request. Currency Conversion: Balances denominated in USD; EGP conversion at prevailing bank rate at payment execution (dashboard rates are indicative); conversion fee deducted per dashboard disclosure. Requests processed manually post-review, typically within first week of following month. Payment method bears its own fees if any.

7. Taxes

Commissions are taxable income under Egyptian law (or affiliate's country of residence). Affiliate solely responsible for reporting income and remitting taxes. If law requires platform to withhold, deducted from commission with net amount paid and affiliate notified.

8. Modification & Termination

Platform may modify these terms or commission rates with prior notice via registered mail or dashboard; changes apply to subsequent transactions without affecting earned commissions. Either party may terminate at any time; mature earned commissions paid upon termination unless termination caused by material breach of Section 5.
